A single focused engagement. You take the Leadership Circle Profile self-assessment, and we spend 90 minutes mapping what it reveals - your current leadership patterns, the habits shaping your effectiveness, and the three areas most worth developing. You leave with a clear picture of where you are and a personalized roadmap for where to go. Most leaders have never had this conversation.
The Reality Check
A 6-month engagement for Directors and Senior Directors ready to see themselves as others see them. We run the full LCP 360 - gathering feedback from the people you lead, your peers, and your superiors — and spend the engagement closing the gap between who you think you are and who you actually are as a leader. We add purpose mapping and cognitive style work, and begin developing your first leadership pillar on that foundation.
The Transformation
A 12-month engagement for VPs and Senior Directors ready to make the full shift. Four assessment instruments - the LCP 360, EQ-i 2.0, CliftonStrengths, and Ikigai - give us a complete picture of who you are as a leader. We work across all five leadership dimensions, going deep on the two or three that matter most for your situation. This is where the fundamental shift happens: from the leader who makes things happen to the leader who makes things possible.

A multi-year advisory partnership for C-suite executives and SVPs committed to the complete transformation. Every assessment instrument active. Every leadership dimension developed to mastery. Annual measurement of your progress. Up to 40 sessions per year, plus advisory access between sessions. I spent 19 years operating at the executive level — as CTO, as a portfolio leader, and as a senior executive across SLB, Shell, BP, AT&T, Engie, and Sony Pictures. I know what it costs to make the transition from manager to executive leader, because I lived it across multiple industries and cultures.
I built DevelUpLeaders because I saw what was missing: an approach that addresses why leaders lead the way they do — not just what they should do differently.
