From the Alps to The Leadership Shift: A Journey from Control to Inspiration

​My leadership journey began in Grenoble, France—the capital of the Alps—where I learned that successful climbers don't control the mountain; they learn to read it, adapt to it, and inspire their teams to navigate it together. This lesson became the foundation of The Leadership Shift™.


In 2012, I brought this philosophy to Houston, Texas, where I've spent 19 years helping Fortune 500 executives make the same critical shift I experienced: from managing with control to leading with inspiration.

I've Lived The Leadership Shift

Nineteen years at the executive level across SLB, Shell, BP, AT&T, Engie and Sony Pictures taught me something no leadership program ever would: the instincts that make you an exceptional manager are the same instincts that limit you as a leader.

I made that transition multiple times, across industries, cultures and organizational crises. I know what it demands because I navigated it without a roadmap. What I built at DevelUpLeaders is the roadmap I needed and didn't have.

I work with Directors, VPs and C-suite executives who are ready to make that same shift  not by adding skills to an unchanged foundation, but by transforming the foundation itself.
