A discovery session is the initial meeting between me the career coach and you the individual seeking career guidance. Its purpose is to understand your career goals, challenges, and preferences, and set the foundation for coaching. During the session, we will assesses your current situation and create a high level vision of where you would like to be, discover yout interests, and values, explores your career history and identifies barriers to progress.
