Then define a strategy to reach to this goal. This class is 5 classes of 2 Hours (one per week) This group coaching is divided into several modules : 1- Discover yourself >Career IKIGAI Assessment, > Identify your 4 areas of fulfillment (love, good at, World need & Paid For). > Define your Wheel of Life Balance > Define your Purpose for Money 2- Define your Current Situation & Career Target 3 - Develop your Career Plan to align with your IKIGAI (can be in a group or go further in 1:1) > Define the gaps > Create your career and development plan
